The Policy
As part of strengthening HKU’s commitment to staff wellbeing , we are introducing Group Life Insurance as a NEW staff benefit. This benefit aims to provide staff with greater peace of mind and offer an additional layer of financial protection for families of the staff in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
The University offers Group Life Insurance for staff on tenure, substantive, or fixed-term appointments, without the need for staff to enroll. Dependents are not covered under this benefit.
