Main Campus Clinic
Located on 2/F and 3/F of Meng Wah Complex
General Consultation
Members under Plans 1 to 3: The UHS Main Campus Clinic will operate as a non-network/non-panel clinic temporarily, with the goal of joining the medical network on or before 1 September 2027. Members may first settle all fees onsite and submit claims to AIA after receiving AIA’s welcome email and activating the AIA mobile application, subject to coverage limits, benefit schedule terms and claim requirements.
Members under Plan 4: As Plan 4 provides outpatient coverage through AIA network clinics only and outpatient reimbursement claims are not available under Plan 4, general consultation services at the UHS Main Campus Clinic are not available under the medical benefits plan for Plan 4 members and their eligible dependants. Expenses incurred at the UHS Main Campus Clinic are not eligible for reimbursement under Plan 4.
Physiotherapy Services
Physiotherapy services remain available at UHS.
- Members under Plans 1 to 3: May pay the applicable fees onsite and submit eligible physiotherapy expenses to AIA for reimbursement, subject to the submission of valid referral proof, claim requirements, and reimbursement limits of the benefits schedule.
- Members under Plan 4: As the UHS Main Campus Clinic is currently operating as a non-network/non-panel clinic, physiotherapy services at the UHS Main Campus Clinic are not available under the medical benefits plan for Plan 4 members. Expenses incurred at the UHS Main Campus Clinic are not eligible for reimbursement under Plan 4.
- Members under Plan 4: For covered physiotherapy services, members may use AIA network clinics and service providers after receiving AIA’s welcome email and activating the AIA mobile application.
Dental Services
You may continue to access dental services at UHS. UHS dental services are not covered under the new medical benefits plan. Eligible staff and their dependants may continue using UHS dental services on a self-pay basis. As advised by UHS, dental charges will remain at existing levels until further notice (arrangements to be announced by UHS in due course). Dental fees are not reimbursable under either the existing or new medical provisions.
