Group Dental Plan is provided by HMMP (Dental) Limited starting from September 1, 2026.
The Scheme features:
- Scaling and polishing (Once a year)
- Unlimited service for selected items
- Exclusive discount for add-on items

Note:
(1) Members must be aged over 3.
(2) Young children who are unable to accept dental treatment from a General Dentist, and require the attention of a Dentist with Specialty Training in Children’s Dentistry, will not be covered under the benefits of this Dental Plan.

Note:
(1) All treatments will be provided subject to the attending dentist’s judgement based on the individual patient’s condition.
(2) Consultations & Treatment fees of Dental Specialists or Dentists with Specialty Training are not included in the Plan.
(3) If the dental services are not covered by the Plan, members are required to pay the extra fees directly at the clinic.
(4) Please review the exclusions and conditions of the Plan prior to visiting the clinic.
Appointments
How to Make an Appointment?

Book by phone in advance
Call or WhatsApp 2122 5401 to make an appointment, preferably 1 to 2 months in advance
Provide your company name, your name and HKID / Passport number during the appointment booking

Bring identification
Present your ID or Staff Card at the clinic for verification

Dependents are required to provide staff number or staff HKID / Passport number at the clinic for identification^
^ For children who do not have ID cards, their parent’s ID or staff number should be provided for identification.
Note: Members are requested to attend appointments punctually. If you anticipate being late, please notify the dental centre as soon as possible. Appointments delayed by more than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled to avoid disruption to other members’ appointments.
