Proposed New Coverage for Medical Benefits – Staff Consultation

The University is undertaking a review of its staff medical benefits arrangements as part of our ongoing efforts to support the well-being of staff and their dependents. Following this review, the University is considering a proposal to transition from the current self-insured model to a group medical insurance scheme, with a tentative implementation date of 1 September 2026.
